Mission Team Summer 2013

J&D Consulting was established in 1993 especially for Texas employers by Doug Jakubik.  Since first founded in 1993, J&D Consulting has created, organized and developed over 60 Texas companies.  It has created customized employment law compliant systems to protect its clients.  This includes all functions found within a typical emploment lifecycle of recruiting, interviewing, legal hiring, employee utilization, handbooks, policies and procedures related to state and federal employment law.

 

Today, Texas employers face increased compliance challenges.  Texas employers face performance and productivity challenges that former systems no longer apply as possible solutions.  Hence the introduction of DesignedWORK and Humaneering principals for proven solutions.
